Brethertons is a law firm trying to do things a little differently.

A Peppermint user since 2013 Brethertons approached katchr for help in delivering the comprehensive firm-wide management information portal they needed in order to support the implementation of their new operating processes and organisational structure. Sally Jones, Chief Operating Officer and architect of the firm’s new ONEON™ management methodology, said “We needed to align our strategy and corporate goals with individual performance objectives. This meant providing our lawyers with the tools for the job, providing them with information that was visually engaging and easy to understand, empowering them to take action across a range of financial indicators and measures.”
Katchr have now implemented the first phase of the solution, providing financial performance dashboards for the firm’s 120 fee earners. Rollout began in October with initial feedback being extremely positive.

The katchr portal provides clear information, based on the underlying data from the Peppermint CX platform, and ensures all reporting is aligned with strategic goals and focusses on forward looking actions, rather than rear mirror review.

Now that phase 1 is complete, katchr will be working with Brethertons to deliver the remaining parts of the firm-wide reporting vision, in order to centralise management information across marketing, risk & compliance, and HR, as well as finance.
