What a great feeling it was to see so many of our clients all together, sharing ideas and success stories. After nearly 18 months since Katchr Connect 2021, our follow up annual user event had been cancelled twice in 2022 due to rail disruption but that wasn’t going to stop us.
We chose to host at London’s Woburn House again. It’s a great venue with brilliant facilities and if you’ve never been to a talk there, you’re missing out, big screens, professional sound and an auditorium that’ll fit nearly 100 people.
We’d like to thank everyone who made their way to the event today/yesterday. We had 70 booked clients, 5 technology partners (comprising Advanced, Clio, Evelyn Partners, CTS and Document Direct) and a ten-strong Katchr team.
What is it that makes our annual event so special? Well, we’re now in our 12th year and we’ve grown our client portfolio to over 90 law firms. That means, when the CEOs, COOs, FDs, FCs and Marketing Directors get together, it’s a bubbling fountain of knowledge and experience all in one room. Finding out how they’re all using Katchr and what transformations our SaaS software facilitates is a beautiful thing to see. No two law firms are alike and exploring the ways in which Katchr dashboards help drive better decisions helps law firms innovate and move forward. We also had a range of keynote speakers and this year’s line up was fantastic. Patricia Kinnehan from Hazelwoods was our chairperson for the day. Our founder, Graham Moore gave his annual state-of-the-nation speech, outlining where we are and where we are going. Then our guest speakers inspired the audience with their insights. A big thanks to Shaun Jardine from Big Yellow Penguin who explained Value Pricing In a Nutshell. Edward O’Rourke shared his know-how after his time as CEO of Ashton’s Legal, explaining how to Overcome The Challenge Of Change In Law Firms. And, Simon Slater and Ingrid Brown from Brightspace Communications explored leadership with their talk Lag Behind Or Lead With Purpose. Our Customer Success Manager, Samantha Holden explained how Katchr is Helping You Achieve Success in your Legal Business. And our Partnership Consultant, David Sparkes introduced our partners to our clients.
