Top Tip #3 – From a chart to a data table

Data can be visualised in katchr in various formats, including pie chart, column charts and gauge. All Charts allow you to hover your mouse over each section to see individual data points, but if you wish to see all that data in one screen then you can change the chart to a data table.

On the webpart toolbar:


click on the single white arrow:


this will change your chart to a data table. Shown here is the Aged Lockup Webpart data table:


The data can be exported to PDF and Excel by using the relevant button in the top left hand side of the webpart.

Click on the Close button to return to the chart.
