Instead of drilling down through the hierarchy to find a Fee Earner a Team or a Department, utilise the Search box in the Analysis section of your Navigation Pane. This will give fast and easy access to the information you are looking for.
Start on the katchr Navigation Pane …
… and simply start typing the name of a fee earner in the Search field. katchr will immediately display all matching values:
