Katchr Connect conference 2021

Maximising value from your investment in Katchr

After our virtual conference last year, we’re excited to announce our Connect conference in 2021 will be an actual event!

We’re holding it at Woburn House, Kings Cross in October and can’t wait to meet you all again in person. With many stories and catch ups overdue, it’ll be a great chance to network with other law firms and hear lots of advice and best practice around running a law firm in 2021.

It is an invitation-only event for a special group of law firms. Come along and hear from experts and your peers about how to maximise your value from Katchr. We have created an agenda not to be missed with speakers on law firm management, roundtable discussions and breakout sessions.

A unique benefit of Katchr Connect will be the chance to meet with other law firms using the Katchr products. Find out best practices around using data in finance, legal operations, marketing, HR and sales. We’ll be facilitating roundtable discussions to help you gain industry insights, and you’ll also get to find out our future plans and a software roadmap for 2021 – 22.

He now works with law firms to help them to do the things he did right, and to avoid the things that he did wrong. He has pulled all of this together into a model which he calls The Perfect Legal Business. A dedicated “growth” merchant, Simon helps firms to move towards becoming The Perfect Legal Business. He can point to improvements in service delivery, lawyer performance, team performance, and firm profitability and cash positions, at law firms around the country that he works with. More than that though, he works with firms so that they change their destiny.Simon is the author of the “Law Firms in Lockdown” series of reports, and of the best-selling book, “The Perfect Legal Business” – all of which can be accessed via
