Steve Billot

Steve Billot has over 35 years of experience in various advisory firms and now leverages his skills and expertise to work with organisations as a trusted adviser and occasionally in a non-executive capacity.

He has extensive experience working with Professional Practices. Having served as the practice manager and later as the joint managing partner of a mid-tier accountancy firm, He possesses particular expertise in the legal sector and is well-versed in the challenges and impacts faced by this industry. He has lectured for the SRA, The Law Society, members of R3, the ICAEW, and has run training courses for many banks, including Barclays, Lloyds, HSBC, NatWest, and RBS.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences on the issues currently facing the legal profession. Over the past two years, he has lectured at more than 50 events attended by lawyers, bankers, accountants, and other professionals. Steve has reviewed and worked with over 350 firms, ranging from sole practitioners to top 50 practices. 

Steve understands the complex challenges these sectors face and provides objective advice to help them navigate these issues effectively.
