If your team has grown and you need access for more users, we would recommend a migration to the Katchr Enterprise solution at this point.

Can I upgrade from Katchr Express to Katchr Enterprise if required?

Absolutely, once you are on board, up and running with Katchr Express, upgrading to the full Katchr Enterprise experience is fast and straightforward. You will be supported all the way by our experienced customer success team.

Why is there a minimum contract term?

This is because there is no up-front configuration fee for Katchr Express. Therefore, we require a minimum term to offset the cost of the integration with your data, and the onboarding support and training.

Do you offer a free trial?

Unfortunately, because of the work involved in us setting up a connection to your own data, we are not able to offer a free trial.
