Following a successful pilot project, Peppermint Technology and Katchr have now formalised their partnership to make the Katchr Management Information and Business Intelligence solution available to all Peppermint CX customers.
The agreement enables law firms using Peppermint CX to access reporting as a service (RaaS) which brings together Katchr’s domain expertise and Peppermint CX to deliver a wealth of out-of-the-box and customisable dashboards and reports.
Working with law firm data specialists
Firms using Peppermint CX now have the option to work with law firm data specialists to build their own management information systems without the need for internal developers and report designers.
Graham Moore, Managing Director stated: “We have had a close relationship with Peppermint for many years, and it is great to see that relationship progress to this next level of integration and partnership. By integrating closely with Peppermint in the cloud, we are now able to provide customers with fast and easy access to their own customised views of all of the client-centric data held within CX.”
The initial pilot project carried out with Brethertons was a great success. Deputy CEO and COO Sally Jones commented “The collaboration with katchr has been an excellent example of partnership. They have taken time to understand our business to deliver a final solution that is an integral part of our vision.”
