I joined Katchr as a Business Development Manager before moving into Customer Success in May 2025. Having seen how firms use Katchr from both a commercial and practical perspective, I’ve developed a real appreciation for the day-to-day challenges law firms face. My role now is to support customers throughout their Katchr journey, helping them get the most value from their solution by guiding adoption, understanding their priorities, and working with them to turn insight into meaningful action.

My work combines research with practical development, designing state-of-the-art AI solutions that uncover hidden patterns in data to empower law firms in making strategic business decisions.
